Data deletion

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

Remove Posting Octopus in Facebook under Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then choose to send a deletion request. We immediately delete every page and Instagram account you connected, with their access tokens, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Anything else

Workspace admins can delete a whole workspace and everything in it from Settings. To ask us to delete anything else, email support@postingoctopus.com from the address on your account.
